Get answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

• Pet Policy

  We allow dogs, cats, birds, and fish. No reptiles, rodents, or exotic pets are permitted.

  Two (2) pets will be allowed per apartment.

  Maximum weight per pet is thirty-five (35) lbs.

  $250 additional deposit for birds, and fish; rent is an additional $25/mo.

  $500 additional deposit for cats, and dogs; rent is an additional $50/mo.

  Owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pets. If an owner is found to have not cleaned up a pet's mess there will be a $25 charge the first time, and a $50 charge for any subsequent occurrences.

• Due Date

  Rent, and any other charges will always be due on the 1st of each month. Please note that weekends, and holidays do not change the due date. Tenants are responsible for making sure their payment is made by the 1st of each month, regardless of the date.

• Lease Duration

  12-month leases are preferred, but shorter leases are available. Monthly rent will be increased for leases fewer than 12-months in duration.

• Parking

  Please view each available property for more information on the type of parking available.

• Utilities

  All utilities are paid for by the tenant, including water, and electricity.
